Refund policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return or raise concerns. We sell digital items and no physical items will be shipped to you. You will receive an email with the digital files of products you have purchased and you can print these out at home or at a print shop. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Digital goods (such as our digital posters and flashcards) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we an evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
